授课教师介绍

Florent Noël is Professor at the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Paris (Sorbonne Graduate Business School), where he teaches Human Resource Management. His research focuses on business practices legitimacy. More precisely, current research explores two different topics: the way financial industry justifies traders’ remuneration in order to lower critiques on bonus and variable pay and the way restructurings and collective dismissals can be made acceptable by management and unions in order to facilitate professional transitions for individuals and economic recovery for firms.
